Please make a booking enquiry, noting minimum stays may apply.
Bookings are not guaranteed until a signed booking form has been received and deposit has been paid.
Confirmation
Full payment and a signed copy of the Booking Agreement will be required to confirm your booking and indicates acceptance of Murray Life Adventures Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation of Minimum Numbers
Confirmation of minimum numbers and event details are required 10 days prior to your event. Including accommodation, catering, dietary requirements, guest medical details and any other important information (including mental health, physical abilities). Additional charges may apply for changes made after this date.

Privacy
Murray Life Adventures gives assurance that any personal information including medical details gathered by the administration team, or provided by the group leader, will remain confidential and only used for the purposes for which it was collected. Please note security cameras are in operation.

Payment
Full event payment is required as per your booking form, to secure your booking and guarantee payment in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation. For additional expenses incurred during your event, an invoice will be sent and payment is required within 7 days. Please note an accommodation bond may be required upon check-in, a valid credit card will be required for a $1000 security bond, refundable on check-out if no damage has occurred.

​Liability
Murray Life Adventures and its agents and employees do not accept liability for loss or damage of property, or personal injury arising from the use of the facilities. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate public liability insurance for their group.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, if you need to cancel your booking for any reason Murray Life Adventures must receive notice of cancellation in writing. The following cancellation fees apply to bookings:
• 45 or more days notice: no cancellation fee will apply
• 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: up to 10% of the estimated charges will be payable
• 30 days or less prior to arrival: up to 50% of the estimated charges will be payable.
• 10 days or less 100% cancellation fee - there will be no refund.
Force Majeure
Should the event need to be rescheduled due to Force Majeure inclusive of but not limited to a flood, fire, extreme heat, heavy rain, MLA will liaise with the customer to either reschedule or cancel the event. In the case of cancellation due to Force Majeure, all deposits will be refunded.
