OUR TEAM
The MLA team includes a range of facilitators and support staff. A variety of employees allows camp availability 7-days a week. All team members hold a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid Certification and are trained to undertake their designated roles. Team members are passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to the company mantra of learning, safety and fun!
Fred is a huge advocate for learning through fun!
Aged 62, Fred is husband, dad and the leading facilitator of MLA’s team of 20.
For the past 20+ years Fred has immersed himself in personal development, self-improvement, psychology and human behaviour.
If you spend time with Fred you are instantly drawn to his calm, compassionate nature. His ability to facilitate positivity, provide space and a change of perspective for the benefit of others, is what sets the MLA facility apart from others.
Fred is passionate about introducing the four great learnings; teamwork, conditioned responses, our human side / being side and law of attraction.
Every group that comes through the camp has a custom program developed around goals set by the organisers.
